Oddness. Asking for dbase patch on fresh install???

Hi there

My new has-its-own-dbase, brand-new-install, never-been-installed-before, brand-spanking-new-version (1.3.6, downloaded today) of zen cart is.... asking for an upgrade:

"Your database appears to need patching to a higher level. See Admin->Tools->Server Information to review patch levels."

OK.. will do..... :

I'll be honest i'm confused. Brand new fresh install and it wants me to upgrade.

Only when the includes/version.php file was not there or in a different folder.
