Working/importing from X-Cart

Hello :)

I'm currently using X-Cart and I would like to switch to Zen Cart... My biggest problem being that I have more than 200 products.

I wanted to know if this manipulation works for importing X-Cart databases :

And/or if there is something else that may simplify the transfer to the new Zen Cart store...

Also, I wanted to know if I setup my whole store in a temp. directory (ie. /store2/) if I may, once everything is finished, easily change to another directory name (ie. /store) without encountering configuration problems.

acutaly, if you can export your products into a spreadsheet, you can load Easy Populate into zencart, and then reconfigure your excel sheet to match the import settings for easy populate.

That way you can just batch load all your products into zencart without much problem.
Its still going to take some time, as i dont think that Xcart export will match the import proporties for zencart, so you will have to change some colums arround to sucessfully import, but none-the-less it should work alot easyer than manualy loading the products into your catalog onebyone.
