checkout_shipping.html is missing

My host had to replace their server's hard drive recently. Supposedly they restored all sites from their backups, but now I have an issues cause when ppl try to checkout (click on the checkout button), we get a "page does not exist" error! The page is checkout_shipping.html

What should I do???

Reupload the file from the version of Zen Cart you are using.

Strangely enough, it shows that it is on the server (includes/languages/english) but still not showing up when people want to checkout. I'm using 1.3.5

OK, correction: the one I have has .php extension, not .html. So... either I'm missing a file (which is not in my original dowload) or, for some strange reasons, it's sending checkout to a different file?

Sounds like you are running an add-on for SEO ...

Turn that off ...

Also recommend upgrading to v1.3.6 as there are quite a few fixes that you will want ...

You're right, I'm running that add-on for SEO. I did run it before, however, and it was working fine.

Yes, I will upgrade as soon as I straighten this out so I can have a good backup.
