Creating a popup window on product page

I would like to add a popup window on product pages that contain products with attributes so that I can include more detailed explanation without cluttering up the page.

i.e. I'd like to add a link that says "Size Help" next to the drop down list of different sizes, and when I click on it, it opens a popup window with the size description.
