Clarification Needed!

I'm trying to design a submission form for advertisers to create ads. It's a simple form. However, I am looking to have a form field, prolly a drop down menu, which they pick the size of their ad. Each size will have a corresponding price.

Will ZenCart allow this? I want them to be able to submit the form, with photos, etc, then go to a shopping cart where they will have to pay for their ad.

If ZenCart does this, please let me know, and let me know what feature I will have to employ...

search for "attributes". You can do all of this via product attributes.
