Excellent. So, try this fix:

it should say differently.

Hello Dr.Byte,
I have quite a few add-ons:
Super Orders,
LightBox,
IH2,
CSS-Dropdown Header Menu,
PayPal sidebox,
ultimate SEO urls,
Flyout categories Menu sidebox (not used)
About_us Page
Column layout grid
cross-sell
improved attributes controller
return authorization
tabbed products lite
shoppingcart free shipping qualifier sidebox (doesn't work yet)
I disabled the SEO URLS, and tried it again, and the following message came up,
This is much better than nothing, I've seen posts about this.2
Warning: session_regenerate_id() [function.session-regenerate-id]: Cannot regenerate session id - headers already sent in /home/intiucom/public_html/includes/functions/sessions.php on line 162
Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/intiucom/public_html/includes/modules/create_account.php:34) in /home/intiucom/public_html/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 44
Does this have to do with cache key?
I intended to run the fix_cache_key module, but I'm brave enough to admit that I don't know how to do that on a linux server.
I await your reply, but not to be totally dependent, I will hunt for more information.
Up up and awaaaaay...

That stray "2" is coming from something on line 34 of your includes/modules/create_account.php file.output started at .... includes/modules/create_account.php:34

Thank you,
This is the first time I noticed it since the SEO add-on was masking my error messages (some how)
I placed some echo statements in the file to try and trace where the script was failing. Hence the stray '2'.
I've since removed the echo statements.
I'm going to try the whole process again and let you know if anything changed.
Thank you, thank you, and thank you.

Yes Dr.B,
Disabling the Ultimate SEO URLs solved the create account problem.
But what does that mean?
Oh no!
No SEO URLs for me?!
Did I really need them?

If you could confirm if the SEO URL MOD is useable under your Zen-Cart v1.3x version, perhaps a simple tweek could be done. If it's under, then probably a rewrite would be required.
