Zen Cart templates

So I'm in the FAQ starting up the template tutorial. This is the first step:
First, you need to make a new directory for your custom template files.
Open: includes/templates/ and add a folder. (You may call it anything you want, but in this FAQ we will be calling it my_template.)

Where is the part highlighted in red? I found my template section in admin, but there is nothing to OPEN that I can find.
