Coupon calculation weirdness

I have a 10% discount coupon set up. When an item is a price such as £12.00 it works fine. When an item is £12.99 the discount gets rounded up, so instead of total being £1.29 discount it is £1.30!

What's going on and do I have to just accept that the customer will get an extra 1p off? Especially as all my products end in £.99!

In my view a 10 % discount of 12.99 is 1.299 which is rounded up 1.30. That seems to be more fair than to round it down to 1.29. Or you win 9 P and have a lot of customers who agree with me or you lose 1 p and havea lot of satisfied customers. But in the end, I think that Zen-Cart is doing de roundup correctly

Everyone must think I'm stupid with this post LOL, I do know that zencart is technically right on rounding up, it's just places I've shopped online, when they offer you a discount they always round down.

All my prices end in 99. Maybe I should put them up 1p LOL
