hi. Can someone please help!!
I accidently deleted the Tax Rates for all zones. Now I want to delete the Zones that i have identified in : Admin > Locations/Taxes > Zones Definitions

But I get this message:

 WARNING: Tax Rate(s) are defined for this zone. Please delete the Tax Rate(s) before removing this zone

I'm in a bind because there aren't any Tax Rates defined (because i deleted them!).

I have tried:
1. redefining the tax rates but couldn't.
2. changing the names of the Zones in Zone Definitions.

so far nothing has worked. can somebody please advise what i could do to either back out of this or move forward.
