New banner for gloss black template

Ive used the old header from my previous template and changed it a bit, and want to include it on the gloss black template. Above the title there is on the site at the moment. I tried adding a banner but it didnt display even though it was active

Currently there is no space above the title?? Exactly where do you want this and what are the dimensions (wxh) of this image?

its 883 pixels x 220

maybe i could just replace the title with the logo

if had a go at adding it myself its on there but ive gone wrong somewhere i can't get right of the title to the right of the logo, i also need to reduce the logo size, have a look...

[FONT=Arial]i added the red into the stylesheet to try and remove the tagline "designer perfume store" but after doing this ive lost the template design even though its still set in the admin area. Anyone know where i'm going wrong?[/FONT]
