The only practical option would be to change the "...more info" to look like the add button, and minimize the product info page to just the attributes and a "finalize add" button. Does your client not want standard product info pages, or does he just want the add button everywhere?
Hi,
Im wondering if somehow I can get the price and add to cart to show only to those who have logged in? I know anything is possible but is this very hard to do?
thanks in advance.
There is an admin setting for "customer must log in to see prices".
Configuration > Customer Details >
Customer Shop Status - View Shop and Prices
Customer must be approved to shop
0= Not required
1= Must login to browse
2= May browse but no prices unless logged in
3= Showroom Only
I am selling an item available in 5 preset quantities:
How would I set up the product listing / any other settings to NOT show price or qty box but instead allow me to list qtys@prices. For example:
Widget:
50 @ £100
100 @ £200
250 @ £400
etc......
I know I can set these in attributes with tick boxes next to each qty/price level but not sure how to 'hide' the MAIN price and Qty info.
Also I need to be able to do this on an product by product basis not just a global setting. :)
Hope that this makes sense

hi, I'm having trouble displaying my "add to cart" button. It was there before, I'm sure, as I've got a product in my test shopping cart, but now the button has disappeared
I've tried turning off display multiple products qty box, and have tried 1 and 2 for the Display Add to Cart button under the Configuration, Product Listing, but it makes no difference.
Is there somewhere else I should be looking??
my site is www.merchantsofvino.com/winestore
and I've got version 1.3.8a
You have "buy now" buttons showing in your product listing pages. Is it the "Latest Wines" section you are talking about? That does not have add buttons, just a link to the product info page for each product.
I figured it. I had turned off the add to cart option under the product type (catalog). When I turned it back on they were all there again. Still not sure how I got all my products under that product type to start with, but hey, now I know it's there and what it's for.
Thanks, these forums are hugely helpful at pointing one to where to look, keep up the good work
Hello ,
I would like to display my "add to cart" button. It was there before, if I have only one product it shows , however if I more than one product the button disappeared.
Now it show in the bottom of the page add selected products to cart, in text format , many customer send question how to add to cart, as it is not easy to see on the bottom of the page.
I've tried turning off display multiple products qty box, and have tried 1, 2 and 3 for the Display Add to Cart button under the Configuration, Product Listing, but it makes no difference.
Please help and guide me Thanks

You currently have the "add selected products to cart" link at top and bottom of your product listing. Are you sure you turned that off at the same time as setting the individual add buttons?
"NOTE: Turn OFF Display Multiple Products Qty Box Status to use Option 2 on with Qty Box per Product"
