Thank you for checking, but I didn't make any modifications to the module until I gave up on the email notice and posted here, so that can't be it. I take it that I haven't missed a setting and that it should just work from the initial install?

Yes it should work from the initial installation.

I'm guessing that one or more files may have been corrupted when you uploaded the files to your server.

You may want to try re-installing everything.

Hmmm, I re-installed everything and still not sending an email to the customer, does send to admin. Everything else seems to be working fine so I'm just going to leave it and not worry about that feature.

are you being hosted by godaddy?

If so there has been a lot of discussion on the forum about recent email problems with godaddy.

No, not using Godaddy. I've tried switching between the email sending options but nothing fixes it. I am getting the admin emails and my customers receive their order confirmation emails, so email sending in general appears to be working fine.

make sure you advise your customers to check their "junk mail folder"

Sometime ago I upgraded Zen Cart to 1.3.9h. I just now noticed that I'm missing the link "testimonial manager" in admin -> tools. However I do have the "testimonial manager" in admin -> configuration. I've searched but I can only find references to adding the manager to the configuration menu. Can someone please point me in the right direction.
