Removing the "Tell A Friend About Us Image" And Call for price text

How would I go about doing this?

I have been searching, but can not find the solution yet.

Tell A Friedn About Us Image" And Call for price text

Admin > catalog > product types > general > at the far right "edit layout" > Show Product Tell a Friend button > set to "0"

admin > tools > developer tools > enter call for price bottom left box > all catalog files in drop > search

Look for a defines with > 'call for price' and remove text but leave the single quotes > save

Thanks.

However there is a left over box from where the Call for price text.
So I changed the #cartAdd part of the stylesheet to remove the box, is there any other area I should be concerned about because I did that?
