You will have fewer challenges if you switch to Linux.
Please do not PM for support issues: a private solution doesn't benefit the community.

Be careful with unsolicited advice via email or PM - Make sure the person you are talking to is a reliable source.

This is ridiculous, why have a Windows Server installation help forum if everyone is just going to say USE LINUX.

    I agree.

I get really tired of the nix fanboys.

Some of us just like the Windows environment or out of necessary requirements NEED to use it.

So if you aren't going to offer a solution for a windows environment just leave the question alone.

    Thank you.

Its NOT the fact that folks DONT like windows servers and I believe that the ZC DEVELOPER that you are barking at just stated that there are LESS hassles on a nix server,

this is not an opinion, its a fact.

so there was NO reason for your rude response,
there is a windows HELP forum here because there are a few peole that are FORCED to use windows server,

and in this case the user asked which would be better

    Simple question asked and answered

so please make your second post less of a flame

    thank you

You're right. This was not the right thread to pop off like that.

    My appologies.
