Change store pickup Text

I want to change the text Store Pickup to something else. I have a folder that I put changes in per the instructions as to not mess up the default install, but I cant seem to find what file to edit other than storepickup.php. Do I edit that file or do I put that into my overrides folder?

Original file:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/storepickup.php

Copy to your templates and overrides directory:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/your_templates_dir/storepickup.php

Make your changes on the defines to read how you want to see them ...

This is where I get a little confused. I think I have it ok on my overrides. But not the templates.


I copied
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/storepickup.php
to

/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/norcalmotocross/storepickup.php

then made the edits.

Where do I also put it?

/includes/templates/norcalmotocross/ ??

The original default lives in:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/storepickup.php

Your personal customized file lives:
/includes/languages/english/modules/shipping/norcalmotocross/storepickup.php

You only copy it there IF you change it ...

Now those changes will "rule" vs the default file because you are "overriding" the default file now ...
