Paypal IPN - Ordes don't show up + no payment.

Okay, i'm really stuck here so i need your help...

When a customers tries to order from me (through paypal ipn) the order don't show up in admin. I can find it under view stuck paypal orders, but here is the REAL problem:

Today a customer orderd something and i did not get the order, but could view it in stuck paypal orders, but this time the customer did not have to pay. It went through without her/him paying. Why?

This have actually happend 3 times today now and i haven't changed anything in either paypal or zen cart. Everthing was okay for almost a year until now.

Help please

I've tried re-installing paypal in admin and tried a test order and everything works well. But after a few hours the problem i back and i don't get paid or the order.... This is really frustrating!

Anyone got an idea???

I am now getting the paypal payments but nothing is showing up in zencart. Anyone have any ideas? I'm not even sure how the heck I got it to send the payment but that is working now.

Sounds like something has changed on your hosting end.
Sometimes PayPal's servers have intermittent delays (ie: they did yesterday), but usually are cleared up quickly. You can check PayPal server status reports here:

You might look into the troubleshooting points here:

You can also turn on debug logging and post the logs here as a zip for review to see what's happening during attempted IPN notifications.

I've checked with my host, but still waiting to hear from them. They've just had an upgrade. Can that be it?

Can it be that someone hacked my site and making the payment go somewhere else?

It's most likely the host's upgrade. In the article I mentioned, there is discussion about firewall issues and fopen-wrappers settings in PHP and so on.

Seeing your IPN debug logs will help to confirm ...

Where can i find the IPN debugs log if i had the debug log in OFF mode when it happend? It always been off...

Found the logs, don't know how to "zip" it here so i just made a txt docoument instead. This was the only one in the log that looked strange, the other orders i found in the "view stuck paypal orders" was not in the IPN log.
