If you're truly trying to install v1.3.7, then you have an outdated file.

That error, caused by MySQL 5 being in strict mode, was fixed for v1.3.7:

You can either follow this link to some discussion on fixes, or you can download a fresh copy of v1.3.7 to get the correct SQL content.
