I am trying to use an override of the meta_tags.php file, I have it in my includes/languages/custom subdir, but it is not showing up. I have another file in there that is modified also and is showing up (english.php).
Permissions are the same on both files.
Something basic I am doing wrong?

meta_tags.php should go in includes/languages/english/your_template folder
