strange error message hell. HELP!

HI - i am an extreme newbie so any help on this is greatly appreciated... any idea why i'd get this message when trying to view my storefront. i thought i followed the directions - but apparently i am confused

(when i open theincludes/templates/template_default folder, there is no common folder inside with a html_header.php file)

I'd reinstall. It looks like not everything got uploaded properly.

Did you install manually (download from the ZC site and then upload to your domain using an FTP client) or install through your webmaster panel using something like Fantastico?

thanks for the reply. I uploaded from my computer using a ftp program. i will try downloading the ZC again and reinstalling.....tbc!
