Why doesn't Cpanel have a stupid confirmation button for deletting.
I did a generate download full back up in cpanel but I can't find an option for restoring back up. Will email them.

Do they know that you performed a "Full Site" backup?They just emailed me back and said they cannot restore my database
This contains the DB's and the site files - and any host worth their salt can re-create your site with this file
