We have a cart set up to take conference registrations. The two items I had originally set up had the quantity boxes disabled because I wanted users to be able to add only one registrant at a time. The "continue shopping" button was reconfigured to take the user back to the conference registration form so they could add new registrants to the cart one at a time.
Today I got an order to pay for 19 registrants at once. I realized I didn't have a good way to do that, so I set up two new items, identical to the ones I had originally except that they had a quantity box. So I did the transaction for the person over the phone, putting a "19" in the box, creating an account, going through paypal, getting his CC number, etc.
For some weird reason, his Zen account got created and his Paypal payment is showing up, but his actual order is not showing up in the orders database. It's not that big a deal, but this could become a problem later.
Any ideas?
