Can not login admin/customer

I have just come to print off some invoices and I can't login to the admin section.

I have followed the reset instructions as per forums but the screen just cycles me around and around. It isnt telling me I got the name wrong just not letting me login. I have also tried this using my customer login account and can't login there either.
