Hello, i have installed the PayPal express payment module, i have filled in all my details exactly when installing this and when someone orders a product off my site using this new feature they receive this error message.

i know about cURL and the options in the admin>config> area where i can configure it to use a proxy, and all that but im not sure of which proxy to use? is there a universal proxy for this? My web host is www.vb-tech-hosting.com , do i even need a proxy or is this something more complicated? I'm very new to Zen and have only been using it for about a hour. Any help would be great!
