pay by invoice if county=x

I know there is the invoice contribution, but this is assigned to price groups...

I would like to give people from one country (zone) to pay by invoice (also new customers)

How can I do it?

Use the cheque/money order module and change the text.

RonnyB, I updated the files you provided so

- the invoice fee is now shown with tax
- an invoice fee notice is given as is done for the COD payment option

and checked the files for 1.3.7. Posted here (with Swedish language files).
