After I installed Image Handler2 Version: 2.0 in a test site, I received the following error.
Warning: imagejpeg() [function.imagejpeg]: Unable to open '/home/rbarbour/public_html/new/bmz_cache/5/576b5bf1f5798a38d2f715dfd8014b7d.image.34x40.jpg' for writing in /home/rbarbour/public_html/new/includes/classes/bmz_image_handler.class.php on line
Can anyone help with this?

Set the file permission of bmz_cache to 777
