    Default Just changed host

    I've just changed host and am getting the files ready before I change the nameservers.

    Everything seems fine but when i log into the admin area, I get this message:

    Warning: require(/home/mincke/mincke.com.au/includes/autoload_func.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/snoopy01/public_html/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 145

    Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/home/mincke/mincke.com.au/includes/autoload_func.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/snoopy01/public_html/admin/includes/application_top.php on line 145

    Can anyone help with this error?

    Much thanks
    Kath

    looks like you need to change server paths in
    admin/includes/configure.php
    Zen cart PCI compliant Hosting

    Have you got the correct db connection info in the 2 configure files?

    I'm pretty sure i do...

    I just tried both ways - the 2 config files were different so i just changed them one way and then the other but still don't work

    so frustrating...

    Until you change Nameservers with your Registrar you are going to have some problems. Script settings with your new Hoster will not work until you do. In the meantime, your Domain name points to your other Hoster and those settings are in effect.

    I've changed the nameservers and they have come into effect already...

    I noticed that in mysql, the database username, and database name have xxx_username and xxx_databasename

    should the config files have this or should it be just username and databasename?

    hope i'm not being a pain with all my questions

    It looks like you are using Cpanel for your Hosting Control Panel. Cpanel uses the 'username' in database: username and name.

    In both your config files it would look something like:

    define('DB_SERVER_USERNAME', 'HostingUsername_mysqlUsername');
    define('DB_SERVER_PASSWORD', 'xxxxxxxx');
    define('DB_DATABASE', 'HostingUsername_mysqlDatabaseName');

    Are you still having problems logging into your Admin? Looks like you are using Apache Authentication which requires login info that is different than your Admin login.

    You're welcome for the help and glad to hear the problems have been solved.

    On a side note, noticed there is link on the bottom left of your pages: Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional. The link goes to a Validator that shows the page is not valid. You should either remove the link or fix the code.
