CSS Dropdown menu for the header- With Categories!

I don't know what I did, but I that I had left files on my test server from the header_dropdown_menu_css_1-0 which was making everything act strange. I now have it working on my test server and will move it to the live server today.

I wold just like to know one more thing, can we change the colors in the drop-down? How do we do this?

You can change all text colours, background colours, hover colours etc etc in the stylesheet_header_menu.css

Just look for the color commands and change them. They are mostly at the bottom part of the code if memory serves me correct.

Could someone tell me how to find breadcrumbs to turn them off. I do not see this in the admin.

Configuration > Layout Settings > Define Breadcrumb Status > 0 (or 3 to just switch them off on the homepage)

I put the status to 0 and can still see them. WebSite is http://lightingmadesimple.com/
I do not want them and the drop down box, if I can not remove them can they be changed to something else?

Those aren't breadcrumbs, thats Category Tabs

Configuration > Layout Settings > Categories-Tabs Menu ON/OFF

Thank you for saying that. I must say this is a wonderful community forum and everyone is very helpful and I am learning from all this, plus documentating what I am learning if needed again.

I had used it before, but it never came out this nice.

When I said I had used it before I meant Zen_Cart. I have a client problem. He like the drop down, however he want the categories removed and everything else to stay there. I turned the category_tabs back on because he wanted them back on.

How would I removed the categories from here, I believe this reads the database.
