Question about Special Products and Featured Products Display

Good morning! I tried looking up the answers to this in the forum but couldn't find an answer that worked so I hope you can help me!

I have 7 featured products set up but only 6 are showing up and I have 2 specials running and only 1 is showing on this page. Is there a way I can get them all to show?

In My Maximum Values the following are set:
Featured Products - Number to Display Admin - 12
Maximum Display of Featured Products - Main Page - 12
Maximum Display of Featured Products Page - Main Page - 12
Products Listing - Number Per Page - 20
Random Featured Products for Box - 20
Maximum Display of Specials Products - Main Page - 9
Maximum Display of Products All Page - 20

If you need any other info to possibly help me out please let me know!
