I searched and found this same error in the Archives but with no solution posted. I just installed zencart (fresh install) on a Windows server. Everything went smooth. But when I try to go to admin I get this error.
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare zen_address_format() (previously declared in D:\<myfolder>\www\store\admin\includes\functions\general.php:470) in D:\<myfolder>\www\store\includes\functions\functions_email.php on line 113
Anybody please advise.

Sounds like you have files mixed up ...
The function is being loaded from two files ... make sure you do not have any add-ons with conflicting code ...Linda McGrath

the functions_email.php file appears to be corrupt ... it normally does completely different things on line 113.
