"No Picture Available" causes irregular display

Where there is "No Picture Available" you see how that is not in sync with the rest of the columns and cells.

I want even these items where the picture is not available to be of the right size, so what is recommended?

Making a custom image that is larger?

Make a new image with the same size that you are currently using for your regular images?

Thanks like I thought, but the catch is that all these images are not the same size.

Is there a way to force the display?
