I've downloaded the feb 20 patch but not sure how to install it. Is it a matter of replacing folders with the new folders of the same name? Is installing modules the same process?

The directories and files are setup in the same structure as your site ...
This allows you to overwrite them with the new files ...

OK this is what I did, I renamed the includes folder to something else then FTP the new includes folder to the same place to replace it. I did the same with the IPN_main_handler.php file. Noe when I try to access the site I get this
Warning: main(includes/application_top.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/pow10934/public_html/index.php on line 26

what did I do wrong? I noticed that a whole heap of files that are in the old 'includes' folder are not in the new 'includes' folder.
OK I worked it out, FlashFXP was deleting all the files in the folders instead of just overwriting the relevant ones.
