Bits missing after backup - How do I fix my styling?

Hi all

ISP went down completely and I've had to install very out dated back up

Problem is that it doesn't seem to be picking up some header, sidebox and footer info?

Anyone any ideas on what file/s are causing the problem?

PS css seems fine and all relevant image files are in position.

Any help would be appreciated, tried another stylesheet, so not that?

one of your pages has an error message that you are missing...
includes/modules/FILENAME_PRODUCT_LISTING_ALPHA_SORTER.php

Start there, see if this file is there
