Latest Google Checkout error

Hi all,

I have a new problem with Google checkout.

I need to ship to the U.S. and Canada, and I'm using table rates. When my cart is posted to Google Checkout, a yellow error box pops up and says Note: Stone Hedge Books does not ship to Canada.

I sure thought I had this set up right. Obviously not. Can someone tell me how to set it up so that I'm only shipping to the U.S. and Canada?

I read something about an error here (in the latter pages):

Google Checkout module for Zen Cart (beta)

I sure hope this can be overcome. I tried searching in Google's integration documentation but there was not much help there. Besides, I figured that it's probably something that I set up wrong in Zen Cart.

Somehow, Google is getting the idea that I won't ship to Canada, where does that come from? Thanks for any help.

I'm having the same issue. The error message is seen at Google's actual Google Checkout page when my billing address is a Canadian address. I can't backtrack to what I did, but it used to work.

I finally emailed Google and I got this reply:

Thank you for your email. I understand that you aren't able to offer
Google Checkout to buyers in Canada even though you ship to Canada.

Unfortunately, Google Checkout API does not support international shipping
& tax at this time, though this feature may be introduced at some time in
the future. We apologize for the inconvenience this my have caused you.

Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any other questions or
concerns.

Looking on the Google API integration group I found this tip
