Column Layout Contribution

I'm using this contribution set to 3 columns. I get 3 rows resulting in 9 products per page. I'd like to increase the number of rows but can't seem to find where this is controlled.

Configuration > Maximum Values

It is long list and difficult to find some configuration entries. Have hope this will change with the future admin rewrite.
