Is there an update to the ECHO Merchant add-in for version 1.3.7?

I'd settle for some good instructions on how to write my own! I have used the previous version and created one of my own for another site. So I do know a bit about the ECHO gateway.

Never mind! I've found a post where someone stated that the old echo payment module still works in ZC 1.3.7 and after some review of the installation I found some files out of place.
I did locate the old module archive which inluded the instructions. The instructions confirmed the mistake. I now have the module installed.

I have a copy of this module if anyone would like it and I am working on a version compatible with 1.3.8a/1.3.8.
