Default How to ajust the width of center column?

    Hi,

I have difficulties to modify the width of the center column. I could not find anywhere to define the width in px or in %.

Take a look of my shop at:
    http://www.demoods.com/

What i want to do is, to make left and right sidebox to have fixed width and the center to be flexible. To say, if i adjust left column to 180px and right column to 200px (from admin??) and left my center column to take the rest of the width. I'm sure not in CSS, but where I can modify it?

Also you can see that there is gap between the left column(categories sidebox) and center column(featured product box). How would i amend this one?

I appreciate if someone can help me out in this issue!

It should be automatic the content area is made up of a table (1 row, 3 columns) when you set the left and right columns the center automatically takes up the rest.....hence no setting in the admin.

What are the setting for the left and right columns and the left and right boxes?

You need to be careful cause your using one of those template monster templates, if you make to many changes you will break the template. Template Monster templates are notorious for this.

Thank you very much for the note! I did not know the issue with Template Monster. Yes, it is modified with one of its free template and it works still ok in Mozilla but in IE, the layout is completely break out. Will I be better off creating my own template using a copy of template default coming with the zencart installation?

I have figured out how to adjust column width when using 3-column layout, meaning the left sidebox+center column+right sidebox. But when I want to remove right column from some of the pages, the break out of template happened again. quite frustrating!

I have done a customized template before using zencart default template and modifying work went quite smooth and result is quite pleasing. I do see more difficulties using this free template.

You might be better off do it yourself.....easier to find problems that way

Especially since the validator says there are 172 warnings
