Going in circles

I am trying to add a new Catagory (I have 0 catagories & 0 products). Each time I get "403 forbidden" Server configuration does not allow access to this page. Please go back and try again.

Can anyone tell me what I've done wrong???????

Try reloading the files ... it sounds like you may have bad, missing or otherwise corrupt files on your server ...

This can happen do to a bad upload via FTP or trying to use an autoinstaller such as Fantastico ...

Be sure to use a good FTP program to load files to your server ...

Thanks for the reply; I did find a solution to my issue already. I added a line to my .htaccess file and everything worked.

I added the following line to the .htaccess file in the admin root:

SecFilterEngine Off
