upgraded to 1.3.7 - configuration menu not working

Hi everyone....

I upgraded to 1.3.7 last night and updated my database. Everything is working good except I keep getting this message when I log into my admin and click on my "configuration" menu options:

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, [email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Everything in the store is working and the other menus are working. What could be the issue with only the "configuration" menu?

Have you tried re-uploading the admin files?

I'm not too sure what happened. It started working 1/2 a day later without any changes. Strange.
