    Default paypal order not shown

    someone ordered form me about 3 hours ago, but i got payment but no order on the site. what happened???

    Well, did this happen only for that particular customer or its happening this way for everyone?
    Can you test purchase and confirm this?

    how else could i test it?

    I'm getting this as well for any order thour paypal IPN it shows ups with a confirmation page with no order number, no order appears in the orders list and paypal shows a transaction. I'm also not seeing any logs in includes/modules/payment/paypal/logs although I have debug logs turned on for both IPN and express.

    I, too, am having this issue. I have an older version of the cart because it is tied to a Template Monster template. I did a test order with a different Paypal account and received an email confirmation and the purchase showed up in my purchasing account. The zen cart store did NOT receive anything, even though I was correctly redirected to the checkout success page. Please let me know if you can help me out on this.

    And in v1.3.7, you have added the latest Patch for PayPal and have done a remove, install and re-configure?

    Is the logs folder writable ? If not, then no logs will appear there.

    Ok I should have thought of permissions. :)

    I'm also having the problem with Express so I've removed it again. I've installed the patch and removed and reinstalled IPN. When I make a sandbox purchase everything goes through fine. Paypal shows the purchase but when I redirect back I see:

    Thank You! We Appreciate your Business!

    Notice that the order number is blank. There is also no record of the order in the Zen Cart orders page or in the customer account. The log looks like
