is there any way I can offer a 20% discount on all orders over $200?

Hi replicapropscom,
there is a contribution, Quanity Discounts, that does so much, but offers discounts from number of products, not overall price.

They guy who made it also offer a by final price discount, but you need to buy it

You could offer a coupon and set the coupon minimum order to $200.
