Will not let me log in to the Admin area

I've now resolved the problem thanks to prompt support from my hosting company (Clook ).

It turns out I wasn't able to run the installer because the host throws up an error if one tries to turn off the security settings, as the following lines in the ZC installer .htaccess file do:


<IfModule mod_security.c>
SecFilterEngine Off
SecFilterScanPOST Off
</IfModule>

When, at their suggestion, I commented out the lines, the installer ran AND at the end of the install I was able to access the admin area, which was my initial problem.

Pity I couldn't do it with Fantastico. Anyway, I'm now ready to try setting up my store! Thanks everyone.
