    Default Cannot Update Database

I have been using Fantastico to update Zen Cart, but now I need to update the database. I already have the zc_install folder in the same folder where the cart is installed, but when I try to run it, it gives me an error:
Warning: main(../includes/classes/class.base.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/awardsan/public_html/zc_install/includes/application_top.php on line 29

Warning: main(../includes/classes/class.base.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/awardsan/public_html/zc_install/includes/application_top.php on line 29

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../includes/classes/class.base.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/awardsan/public_html/zc_install/includes/application_top.php on line 29
Am I even doing this right?

The zc_install folder is entirely stand-alone; if you upload the entire thing properly it should "just go." This error likely means that files are missing or corrupted.

I would suggest re-downloading the latest version and FTP'ing that copy of the zc_install folder to your web server, then try to access it again.

Schoolboy does make a good point. Those auto-installers provided by some hosting services are garbage. You should always download Zen-Cart directly and install it yourself. You never know what they are doing to the package before they supply it to you, what they had to foobar in order to make it work with their distributed hosting system management tools.

I should have mentioned that in my first post, thanks for the backup!
