Running a DB upgrade script w/o install wiz?

I just upgraded my 1.2.6 cart to 1.3.7 yet sever info is telling me that my db patch level is still 1.2.6 - just wondering how I might be able to fix this. I've tried to re-run it from the install eiz but it tells me everyting is OK?

Did you upload all files from Zen Cart v1.3.7?

Did you then run the /zc_install and say upgrade database?

I decided to do a fresh install - works fine now :). Fortunately I don't have that many products to set up. I had modules back from OS Commerce that I shoe horned in by hand countless eons ago. Glad to be rid of the extra tables in the db too!`

I just move from one host to another and now when I got to our home page I am getting this error:

1054 Unknown column 'c.parent_id' in 'on clause'
in:
[SELECT c.categories_id as id, c.parent_id, cd.categories_name as cName, cd2.categories_name as pName FROM categories c, categories_description cd LEFT JOIN categories_description cd2 ON c.parent_id=cd2.categories_id AND cd2.language_id='1' WHERE c.categories_id=cd.categories_id AND cd.language_id='1']


I also when I tried to do a database upgrade my screen is just blank. I can login into admin but after I login my screen is just blank and then I have to manually change to adminfolder/index.php to see the list of files?

You may wish to try reloading your files ... sounds like a bad FTP session ...

So am I to assume everyone using the FroogleGoogle mod is doing the uploads manually or via the website? My file is generated fine, but I had to manually upload it to have it even register.
