Default Help - Site stuffed by 3rd party template developers

    Hi,

I paid a company in India to produce a new template for my site (www.kiwisouvenirs.com) which they did and it lookeds great. Unfortunately there were a couple of problems which they happily fixed and I thought great company, I'll use them again.

Unfortunately the last issue they "fixed" has broken the site.

I receive the payment from the cusomer but do not get an email confirmation regarding the order and the order is not stored in the database.

The company has been ignoring my emails and refused to talk on the phone.

Is anyone able to assist me?

    Regards

    Paul
