I get these messages when I try to install the paypal payment module.

you need to re-upload the files,
you seem to have missed a language file,
/home/shop/htdocs/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/paypalwpp.phpZen cart PCI compliant Hosting

That will appear on the line for the Linkpoint module.

Incidentally so does PayPal Express Checkout. (PayPal IPN does not).
