Okay - I see what you see now. I can't get past the database upgrade in zcinstall, though. It wants my admin username & password & I'm giving it, but it says they're wrong. What might be causing THIS error?

Yeah - that's what I'm entering. I even went in & looking at the zen_admin table in phpMyAdmin & made sure what's listed under admin_name, admin_pass are what I"m entering & it still won't work.
Are you seeing your actual password under admin_pass ?
If so, you'll never get in ... because the admin_pass field is an encrypted field and thus the value there should not be recognizable. Also, entering what's in that field as the password when logging in etc will always fail.

Yup - I'm seeing the actual password. Is there a way to fix this?
Should I just drop the existing DB & re-import it?
I went ahead & dropped the database & reimported it. The admin_name is bfpvrjqf. The password is encrypted. I have tried every permutation of passwords I've ever used with that admin_name and nothing is working.
In the zcinstaller, on database upgrade page, no matter what password I enter with the bfpvrjqf name, I get 2 errors:
ATTENTION: Problems Found
* Admin Password required to proceed with upgrade more info...
* Admin Password required to proceed with upgrade more info...
They seem to be exactly the same - not sure why I'm getting it twice. Also not sure how to figure out what the stupid password is supposed to be.
All righty. It's all working now. However, it doesn't look like any of my settings have transferred over. My 800 customers are gone, my products are gone - why might that be?
