    Default Downloading a product

    Hi,

I've searched the forums, but can't seem to find anything that addresses my problem.

I am setting up a Zen Cart site for all downloadable products. I'm having the following problems:

    1) I put the files in the correct download folder. But when I am in the Attributes Controller and I display the product I want the download to put applied to, put in the file name and select all my options, I hit Insert, and nothing happens. It's only when I hit the Edit button where I can upload a new file.

    2) I have been placing test orders and I get the download button after the credit card has been approved. When I click download, it does not give me an option to save the file or open it. It just automatically tries to open in the browser window. Most of the files will be .mov. And when I zipped the files, it still tries to open in the browser window.

Any insight on these two things would be great!!

    Thanks in advance!

I was using the incorrect file type. StuffIt instead of Zip. Oops :)

    Thanks!
