I have installed at last and can login to admin.
However when I try to go to the store I get
Call to undefined function:zen_get_top_level_domain() in
/home/.sites.58/site43/web/zencart/includes/init_includes/init_tlds.php on line 15.
I have reloaded all the Admin directory as someone else suggested but this has not changed anything I am still getting the same error.

zen_get_top_level_domain is in /includes/functions/functions_general.php
Perhaps re-uploading that file may help..

Thank you that solved the problem. There were two files that for some reason seemed to be swapped around.
