Changing/updating Category Title

When I tried updating/changing Category title I got the following error message:

1062 Duplicate entry '1-1' for key 1
in:
[insert into meta_tags_categories_description (metatags_title, metatags_keywords, metatags_description, categories_id, language_id) values ('TESTING TITLE', '', '', '1', '1')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields.

I believe this happens because code is trying to insert a row with the same key into table instead of checking if key already exists and doing UPDATE instead of INSERT

Also, deleting the item from meta_tags_categories_description table also works.
