Banner URL not working

Hey All my banner is not working right. It displays fine. First I just did an image banner with url of www.gentlespay.com but you click it trys to take you to www.petzlifedirect.com/www.gentlespray.com.... petzlifedirect.com is my site. Then i tried it with html banner linked to www.gentlespray.com and it did the same thing. I left the banner up in case anyone wants to see the error the site is www.petzlifedirect.com

Did you set this up in admin > tools > banner manager > ??

Post the pertinent details that you have entered there

Banner new window: YES
Banner on SSL: Yes
Title: GentleSpray.com
Banner Url: (blank right now but I tried it with www.gentlespray.com and got same results as now)
Banner Group: 1
Image (none right now)
Sort Order: 450
Start 01/04/07
End 21/03/2008

Try entering this in the banner url field:

http://www.gentlespray.com

and In current version (and I think previous versions) I do not see banner Group as "1" - but as sidebox-banners etc

I changes the banner group to sidebox's-banner

and created a new banner with url http:// and that worked. THanks so much!
